We are a construction company specializing in decks, siding, windows and doors. We want to make dealing with a contractor an enjoyable experience.
12 Roses Construction is the new name in town; but, we aren't rookies by any means. Our work crews carry 10-25+ years of experience, our sales force has 3-5+ years construction sales experience.
12 Roses Construction came about when we came to the realization that dealing with a contractor can, and usually is, a major headache. When our founder, needed a few contractors for his new home, he called over a dozen contractors. Below is the outcome of those calls?
* Multiple calls went unanswered.
* Several didn't show for their appointments.
* A few came out but never sent an estimate.
* One drove 90 minutes then gave him an estimate for a different client.
* Some said over the phone, or in person, they didn't want or need the job
* Two "estimates" came in so high he thought it included a weeklong trip to Vegas (it didn't ?)
He eventually found the few he needed; but, it wasn't without major headaches. It was like waiting for the phone to ring after that great first date, and it never did.
Times Change, Contractors Don't
Contractors that have been around for a long time have become complacent and set in their ways of doing business. 12 Roses Construction runs on efficiency. We embrace technology to help us provide you with an accurate proposal. We utilize programs that allow us to determine exactly how much material your job will require.
What that means is, we do not order more product than is necessary. YOU, the customer, are not paying for any waste.
